Merge pull request #4689 from laravel/verify-skeleton

This PR contains the application skeleton changes needed for optional email verification.

To use:

php artisan make:auth

Route::auth(['verify' => true]);

class User implements MustVerifyEmail

Route::get('/home', etc...)->middleware('verified');
