Tahap 10 adalah fase operasional hardening yang mengintegrasikan infrastruktur Tahap 9 ke dalam alur bisnis nyata. **TIDAK ada fitur bisnis baru**, hanya:

- Immutable audit trail untuk compliance
- Authorization enforcement untuk security
- Professional error handling untuk UX
- Advanced filtering untuk reporting
